Over on the west coast you can stop off at Pysht or Use less Bay or Arctic. Or even Humptulips. In the southwest part of the state you can visit Dusty (named because it was). There’s George in the center of the state. (And, of course, there’s a Martha's Inn in George.) There’s also Pe Ell (which is how the Indians pronounced Pierre, which is what Pierre sounded like to the Indians). There are plenty of others like these, but if you miss them and you’re headedback East, you can always drop into the Idaho town of Good Grief.
