Sun. afternoon visitors of Mrs. Inez Goodwin and dau ghters were the Holman's of Adrian and Melda and Nancy Williams. Mr. and Mrs Wayne Robb visited Freda Astoreca Fri. evening. Mr. and Mrs. Rex Walters were weekend guests of her father, Al Thompson and vi sited her mother at the Nyssa hospital. Mr. and Mrs Bob Thomp son were Sunday afternoon callers in the Herschel Thompson home. Gus Salonis spent the week end with Jay Kygar. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Jen kins of Westfall spent the past week at the Earl Ky gar home. They are getting ready to move into their trailer home on the former Willis Conant place. Mr and Mrs. Klaas Laan went to Nampa Sat. and vi sited Mr. and Mrs. Tony Vannanen and Mr. and Mrs. John Vannanen. In the af ternoon they all went to the Boise opera which presented •Street Scene ” One of their sons was in the opera. Guests were Mrs. Osie Porter, of Payette, Mrs. Wes ley Richmond of Cairo; Mrs. Erma Sparks of Nyssa, Mrs. Ira Price of Sunset Valley; and Mrs. Dyre Roberts. The afternoon was spent working on their project for the State First National Hospital at Pendleton. The Big Bend Grange will hold open house Dec. 17. Each Declares Dividend is to bring a gift for the Idaho State Hospital at Nampa Mrs. Edythe Prosser and Mrs. Dyre Roberts attended the Happy Dozen Pinochle Club at the home of Mrs. Elsie Diven in Nyssa Fri day afternoon.
