May 4. to be Anthony Ytirri Day, for his 16 years of service in the State Senate Court set the meeting date for the Budget Board. Cburt. Order No 30. in the amount of $34.273 25 Approved by Motion to allow Road employees to use their own pickups in case there was a shortage of pickups Employees are to keep daily records of their mileage This agreement is for the period of time only while the county is short of pickups The Court signed an agreement, which has been signed by Mayor Cates for the City of Ontario. Fred Koch for the City of Nyssa. Howard Ego for the City of Vale, and Wilbur H Atherton and James Atherton for Atherton Kennels, for the care of stray dogs in the county and cities, effective July 1. 1973 through June 30. 1974 The Court signed a Quit claim Deed for land sold on contract to Ore-Ida Farms The Bureau of Reclamation will give the county a con tract for road easement on the road leading to the Edmunds property in the Ontario area The Court received the title from the Amalgamated Sugar Co for the ambulance the County purchased for Malheur Memorial Hospital in Nyssa The Court resolved to offer the American Window- Products of Nampa.
