Mrs. Sue Ashcraft visited her sister Mr. and Mrs. Hay Droun in Nyssa, Friday. Mr. Droun is home from the hos pital and doing fine. She also visited her two nieces who were visiting in the Droun home. Mi s. Dawn Erickson and two chil dren and Deann Oakey, both from Archer, Idaho. Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Parker called on Mr. and Mrs. Verl Harrison in Ontario, Sunday af ternoon. Wednesday, Mrs. Linda Bo hannon and two girls of Mc Cord Field, Tacoma came to visit Mrs. Mabie Piercy. Thursday. Mrs. Katheryn Shillings of Horseshoe Bend and daughter Mrs. Daun Auker and four childr, n of Vancouver, Wa shington came to visit Mrs. Mabie Piercy and Mrs. Linda Bohannon and children, and were luncheon guests in the Piercy home. Mrs, Robert Long went to Emmett Wednesday morning and got her sister Loraine Merritt and went to Boise where Mrs. Merritt’s son Edward Glennon took them to the plane where they flew to Seattle. There they will visit Mrs. Mer ritt’s son. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Glennon and family at their beach house. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Sparks, son of Mrs. Ro bert Long live at Bellingham and will visit them at the beach house. Mr. and Mrs. K. I. Peter son entertained with a picnic supper Sunday evening. Their guests were Mr. and Mrs M. L. Kurtz of Bouse, Arizona. Mrs. Marie Moore, Mrs. Mabie Piercy, Mrs. Edna Cow ling and Mr. and Mrs Mervil Hutchinson and girls of Nyssa. Mr. and Mrs. M. L. Kurtz visited Mr. and Mrs. K. I. Peterson Tuesday morning. Oliver, Kenny and Frances Freel returned home Friday evening from a two-weeks vaca tion at Reedsport.
