This past week, as the date for the Malheur County Fair came closer, a number of these youngsters were hard at work getting their project animals ready for the judge’s examina tion. LESLIE LINEGAR, 15, FFA, will have a number of sheep entered in the fair this year and that means some close work with the shears. NEAL LINEGAR, 11,4-H,has his fingers crossed in hopes that his steer will impress the Judges in the beef division. JERRY ROBBINS, 16, FFA, is going to enter some of his healthy-looking corn inthe pro duce division at the fair. MIKE PARKER, 14.FFA,has been working hard to get his prize steer ready for a run at the ribbons m the beef division. MIKE PARKER, FFA JERRY ROBBINS, FFA JUDY MECHAM. 15, 4-H, plans to enter one of the ‘best groomed" sheep the judgeshave ever seen. BRIAN PIERCY, 13, 4-H, is trying to keep his pigclean long enough to win a ribbon in the Market Hog division.
