President Bowring, former President of the Los Angeles Temple, performed the double-ring ceremony. Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Bob McKinney and the bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Bumingham all of Nyssa. A reception honoring the couple was held December 19 at the Nyssa Ward Cultural Hall, which was attractively decorated with tall beauty bas kets of bureandv mumswithpink satin Christmas balls and tied with large burgandy and pink bows. The attractive bride »as at tired in a floor-length gown of white velvet, fashioned with a high neckline, long sleeves gathered into cuffs and a softly gathered skirt. The fitted bodice was complimented with an embroidered floral lace yoke. Her cathedral length veil was edged in matching lace and was held in place by a lace tiara. She carried a cascad ing bouquet of burgandy roses and pink carnations, intersper sed with matching ribtwn and streamers. Sallee »ere honored at a Golden Wed ding reception, held Wednesday, December 29, 1971 at the Club House, 103 North Fourth Street in Nyssa. A three-tiered white wedding cake decorated with gold flowers, and flanked on either side by candelabras with white tapers, graced the reception table.
