Mr. and Mrs. Carl Lovitt and family have moved here from Payette. They live in the house belonging to Mrs. Guy Glenn. Mrs. John Fahrenbruch vi sited Mrs. Lydia Worden Tues day afternoon, and they later called on Mrs. Grace Day in Adrian. Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Conant of Nampa were Saturday after noon callers in the Bill Co nant home. Saturday Mr. and Mrs. Bill Webb went to Ontario to see the parade, and visited Mrs. Margarite Payne. Sunday afternoon Mr. and Mrs. Bill Webb visited Mr. and Mrs. Bob Webb and family. Melanie has been ill with a sore throat. Mrs. Luit Stam attended t.ne Happy Dozen Car 1 Club Friday afternoon at the home of Mrs. Mabie Piercy in Adrian. Mrs. Alfred Simpson visited Mrs. Zelma Ocameca Thurs day afternoon. The cookies, were packaged fn cellophane bags and gayly tied with Christmas ribbons and cards. They will be given to pa’ients in the Veterans’ Hospi tal in Boise, adding cheer to the Christmas holidays. The women wish to express their appreciation to all who donated cookies for the project. Owyh«« Riding Club Tumbling Team The Owhee Riding Club held their annual banquet at the East side Cafe in Ontario, Friday December 3. Bob Holmes acted as master of ceremonies. Entertainment was provided by Fred Child who played guitar and sang. Dean Sappe played drums, accompanied by Mrs. Bud Sappe at the piano. Jeff Ford of TVCC showed slides of a boat trip down the Owhee River. Next meeting will be a pot luck to be held January 28,1972.
