gathered Tuesday and Wechwsday evenings
at the Rodeo Grounds preparing chutes and
corrals for the Nyssa Nite Rodeo scheduled
for June 9 and 10.
TVCC ANNOUNCES
FOUR NEW COURSES
Summer quarter at Treasure
Valley Community College will
include four courses not taught
during previous summers. The
schedule carries the following
Occupational
Education
courses; Auto Electrical Sys­
tems, Advanced Machine Tools,
General Drafting, and Welding.
Only drafting will be taught
during the afternoon with the
others to be held in the eve­
nings.
Edwin Haynes, Dean of In­
struction, pointed out that a
full load of 12 hours in lower
division collegiate courses is
readily available as had been
the case for several years.
Should more Interest be shown
in the Occupational Education
courses, they too will be added
to schedules in the future.
