Mrs. Harry Miner and Tom Eld redge were prize winners. * * * Dr. and Mrs. K.A. Danford, accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. James Danford of Idaho Falls and Mr. and Mrs. JackChaffey of Boise recently spent three days in Las Vegas. The James Danfords and Chaffeys returned to their homes. Dr. and Mrs. Danford continued on to Loma Linda, Calif., where they at tended post-graduate courses at Loma Linda University. They also spent three days at a Scientific Assembly at the Am bassador Hotel in Los Angeles. Mrs. Danford said they ex perienced some of the after shocks of the earthquake but were nowhere near the disaster area. The Danfords returned Saturday, via Union Pacific Train. Both booklets, Your Federal Income Tax and Tax Guide for Small Business, are available from the Superintendent of Documents for seventy-five cents each. Officials describe the book- lets as “supplementing” pam phlets each taxpayer receives from the Internal Revenue Ser vice, usually in January, along with his machine-readable tax form. The Guides contain more detailed information and aid taxpayers, in most cases, to complete their own returns ac curately and quickly. The Guides can be obtained from a number of government book stores throughout the country and by writing the Superintendent of Documents, Government Printing Office, Washington, D.C. 20402. evening.
