The baby was named Tracy Dawn. Mrs. Skogan, formerly Lawana Sue Culp, of Boring, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Linard Culp. Bill is the son of the Rev. and Mrs. Arthur Skogan, former residents of the Nyssa-Adrian Community. Bill was graduated from Adrian High School. Friends here extend — congratulations.
