Noble Grand, Nita Bisbee, opened the meeting which was then turned over to Wilma An derson district chairman and to the district officers. Gertrude Blanton gave the ad dress of welcome for Jessie Goude, president of the Re bekah Assembly of Oregon. She was honored with a song by Gertrude Blanton and Florence Pettet and presented a money corsage by Wilma Anderson, She was then presented to the lodge as paying her fraternal visit. Honored guests were recog nized anti gifts were presented to all past chairmen and district officers. Minutes of the previous dis trict meeting were read by Ge nevieve Priest, secretary. The meeting was then turned over to Jessie Goude who gave a short talk. Jessie Fraser presented the Decoration of Chivalry, and Rebekah Veteran Jewel information was given to Sophia Bethel, Effie Standage and Dorothy Winder, all members of the Golden Rule Lodge of Vale. Election by acclamation was given bv Mrs. Gann of Nyssa.
