Wray were Miss Linda Lee Scott and Royce Lee Bair. A wedding luncheon hosted by the bridegroom’s parents, honored the newlyweds following the ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Laura Scott, 169 E. 25th St., and Lawrence L. Scott 130 E. 17th St. Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy lair of Nyssa. A reception also honored the couple August 29 at the Nyssa Stake Cultural Hall. A color scheme of yellow and white with green accents was carried out at the reception. The bride fashioned her gown of crepe and the bodice was lighlighted by handmade Swiss ace and pearls. The high neck was designed with a narrow col or and crepe ruffle accented with pearls. Long pouf sleeves were ga thered in a wide cuff which was finished with a creDe ruffle and lace matching that on the bodice. Her floor-length skirt fell from an empire waistline. Twenty pearl buttons en hanced the back detailing of the gown. A headpiece of white chiffon held her four-tiered bri dal veil whichcascadedto floor length. She carried a bridal bouquet of daisies centered with yellow roses and interspeared with greenery and green ribbon streamers. Attending as bridesmaids were Shari Bair, Shanna Bair and LaDawn Bair, all sisters of the bridegroom. They wore yellow empire waisted floor length gowns and each carried a nosegay of daisies with green ribbon streamers. Following a honeymoon to Strawberry Lake, Oregon the young couple are now at home at 377 E. 1st N., Provo, Utah. He is continuing his education at BYU. Ker in LDS Temple rites per formed September 12, 1970 at Idaho Falls. Parents of the newlyweds are Mr. and Mrs. Shirley Rex Mit chell of Nyssa and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Norton Ker of Ririe, Idaho. , Yellow chrysanthemums and ■orange daisy mums were used as decorations at a reception given, Friday, September 19 -at the Nyssa Stake recreation center with 250 guests in at tendance. The bride was attired in a tloor-length gown of fine cotton brocade, styled with an empire waist and full skirt, with long sleeves and buttoned cuffs. She carried a bouquet of orange roses and rosebuds. Attending the bride were: Mrs. Dean Petersen, matron of honor; her nieces, Natalie West jnd Kathy Sinden. They were attired in short A-line orange gowns with three quarter length sleeves with a bias flounce, and carried orange feather flowers. Eva Lu Dailey and Rebecca West were flower girls and carried orange feather flowers. Donald Sinden served as best man while David and Danny Sinden were ushers. The bride’s mother wore a knit suit and the bridegroom’s mother a blue knit suit. Each wore a corsage of yellow and orange roses. The three-tiered white wed ding cake decorated with orange and yellow roses was made by Mrs. Nathan West, sister ofthe bride. PORK LOIN ROAST CHUNK BOLOGNA Assisting with the serving, guest registration and gifts were Mmes. Boyd Esplin, Larry Lar sen, Jack Anderson, Nathan West, Dale Dailey, Lloyd Wood and Laurence Hansen. Misses, Merlene Lewis, Vinnie Goiightly and Karma Mitchell. During the program, Dale Bishop served as master of ceremonies, with vocal selec- f.'.tns by Mrs. Wayman Sinden and Mr. and Mrs. Don Bates. Mrs. ReedGyllenskogpresented a reading. Among the out of town guests were Mr. and Mrs. Grant Feltman, Twin Falls; Mr. and Mrs. Orrin Goiightly, Bountiful; Mr. and Mrs. Rex Mitchell and family of Madras; Mr. and Mrs. Wayman Sinden, Walla Walla. The new, Mrs. Ker, was gra duated from Nyssa High School and plans to finish college at BYU at Provo. Her husband graduated from Ririe High School and has served a two year mission for the LDS church in the North German mission. They will be living at Provo.
