She is ^covering the Jordan Valley area, the southside of the highway to Burns junction, and all the way on both sides of the high way to the Nevada line. Jones School, Mrs. Miller’s room, the 1st through 3rd grade girls, have been weaving blankets, pillow tops, and such, The boys have been making coal gardens, These projects all look very pretty. Bates Gibson of Caldwell, is currently employed at the Pete Fretwell ranch. Jack Swisher is presently visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. George Swisher. He arrived here April 5 and plans to return to Twin Falls, some time this month. Dave Castro is currently staying at the Walter Bowden homestead. Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Fretwell and daughter recently returned from a weeks vacation at Grants Pass. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Davis have recently returned from Austin, Nevada, where they visited his father. Sponsored by the National Science Foundation, the pro gram will be held on the Uni versity of Idaho campus at Mos cow, Idaho from June 8 - Aug ust 1. Mr. Thompson will attend the institute with the purpose of completing his Master of Na tural Science Degree. He will participate in chemistry, phy sics and electronics classes.
