13 evening dinner guests in the
Elver Nielsen residence. The
Brindleys left that evening for
their home at Avoca, Iowa, after
spending a week visiting in this
area.
Mr. and Mrs. Magnus Ekang-
er spent a recent weekend with
relatives and friends at Orofino,
Idaho.
Mr. and Mrs. Ed Lawson of
Sparks, Nev., arrived for a
visit August 17 in the Jack
Wood home.
Mr. and Mrs. Jess Asumendi
entertained on the evening of
Aug. 14 with a barbecue din­
ner honoring the birthday an­
niversary of Roberta Asumendi.

Kelly, Brenda and Mike of the
Don Hatch family; Christine,
Frank, Louis and Tony Asum­
endi.
Mrs. Charles Glenn and
children recently spent two days
with her mother, Mrs. Theda
Boren at Durkee.

mine near Grand View, Idaho.

neth Lorensen family. After­

The Rev. and Mrs. Fred Mox-
om of the Owyhee Community
church, arrived home August
15 from California. Mrs. Mox-
om’s mother returned home
with them for a visit in this
area.
