APPROVED the resolution to sale a parcel of land to the Ontario Jaycees, for the con sideration of $50.00. This parti cular property being adjacent to the Ontario Armory. APPROVED the resolution to employ the Nyssa Gate City Journal to report the balance of this year’s Court pro ceedings and also to continue publishing in the Malheur Enterprise and Ontario Argus Observer until the first of Jan uary, 1968. At that time the three above named newspapers will have sent notarized affidavits as to the number of subscriptions in the county to the County Auditor, for the Court’s consideration on publication for the ensueing year. Acknowledge by resolution as to receiving a petition from seventy-three property owners, requesting to be withdrawn from the Ontario Road District »3. The Court has called a public hearing on December 27, 1967, at 9:00 A.M , to hear objections and comments.
