Mr. and Mrs. Roy Rucker received word Saturday that an Aunt, Mrs. Esther (Lanta) Rucker had succumbed. Dwight Seward took Mrs. Ethel Wild to the Boise Airport on Dec. 12 when she left by plane for I .os Angeles to visit her daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Emory Rathbun and family. This was tier first plane ride. Miles Thompson arrived home Saturday for the Christ mas holidays. He plans to leave Jan. 2 for Fort la’wis, Wash. Mr. and Mrs.Charles Pitman attended the first woi ship ser vice held in the new Friends’ Church at Star Sunday morning. Mrs. Pitman grew up in the Star community and attended ser vices at the former church. They were Sunday dinner guests of Mr, and Mrs. Raymond Haworth at Star. Mi. and Mrs. Joe Kellogg, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Saunders and sons . .......... fed Sunday Morning services at the Midway Church and heard the Rev.
