The Stan ton couple had just returned from a two-week trip into Wash ington, Oregon and California. Mrs. Carl Fenn, Mr. and Mrs. Rollo Fenn accompanied Mrs. Dave Savage and children to the Second Ward LDS church Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. W.C. V.in<1> VA.iti-t and Kent of Big Bend were afternoon callers. The Witts went to Boise Friday to visit Mr. and Mrs. Bert Domy. Mrs. Domy had just been released after spending 13 days in a Boise hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Simpson entertained with a barbecue din ner Sunday. Guests were Mr. and Mrs. Gene Simpson and family, Mrs. Carl Fenn, Mr. and Mrs. Rollo Fenn. After noon visitors were Paul Love, Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Walker and family. Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Simp son were Saturday evening visitors in tin Duane Fenn home at Ontario. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Farr, Dee and Kai went to Ogden, Utah Sept. 19, returning home Saturday. They attended church services at Taylor ward where Kai spoke and Dee played the organ. Following the Sacrament rites, members of the family and friends met at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Gale Allred. Successful Surgery A telephone call to Mr. and Mrs. Chester Mills, from Ron ald Batt, notified them Riat his wife, Bernice had come through three-hours of heart surgery in fine shape last Thursday morning. Mrs. Batt, sister of Mills, had her surgery at St. Vin cent’s hospital in Portland. Mrs. Elizatieth Shaughnessy was admitted Monday, Sept. 25 to Malheur Memorial hospital.
