Mr. and Mrs. Dale Collins and family of Parma were also Sunday dinner guests. Jennie Seward, Mr. and Mrs. Dwight Seward, Mr. and Mrs. Don Seward and La Donna Ket- terling drove to Boise Saturday morning to see Gordon Seward leave by plane for Vietnam. Mike Fitzsimmons of Nyssa was a Sunday dinner guest of Gary Seward. Mrs. Bonnie Nichols, Naomi Fritts, Dorothy Mason, Norma Nelson and Arlene Seward at- tended the convention for Dis- trict 3 Parent Teachers asso- elation m Emmett last Thurs- day. Mrs. Masa Kora, Sue .Ann and Mrs. Jack Wilson attended the District 3 Jr. High music festival in Weiser last Satur day. Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Rook stool and family of Nyssa were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Rookstool. Earl Boston left Friday to spend the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Dick Harris and family at Springfield, Ore. Mrs. Boston returned home with him Sunday. She had been staying with the Harris family while Mrs. Harris was recuperating from major surgery. Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Wilson and family attended a recent 85th birthday anniversary re ception for George Miller in his home at Nampa. Host and hostess were his son and daugh ter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. John Miller of Melba. GeorgeMil- ler’s sister, Grace McIntyre came from Kansas City, Mo., for the occasion and to visit with her brother and other rela tives in this area. BARNHART IMPROVES D. M. His daughter, Rosemary, re ports that he is doing as well as can be expected.
