Ray Simpson returned home Sept. 30 after a three-week trip into Idaho, Utah and Colorado. They first went to Hazelton, Idaho, where they were overnight guests of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Elsmore and then went to Santa quin, Utah, where they spent three days with Mrs. Simpson’s brother, Jim Love and family. Near Delta, Colo., they spent several days with another brother, visited Mrs. Simpson’s sister. Kansu Couples Visit Bishops Mr. and Mrs. Bob DuBois of Burlingame, Kan., arrived Thurs day evening, Sept. 22, to visit Mr. and Mrs. Verl Bishop and Steve. Miss Linda Bishop of Boise spent the weekend with the Bishops. Mr. and Mrs. Birch Whittington of Burlingame, Kan., Mr. and Mrs. Wally Whittington and family of Boise, Mrs. Mary Goo J enow of Gooding were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Verl Bi shop, their family and house guests. Law rence who also reports that Pack No. 450, sponsored by Nyssa Methodist church, now has one active den and is in the process of organizing two more dens. All parents and boys interested in Cub Scouting are invited to attend the first monthly pack meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12, in the Methodist social hall. District Scout Executive Larry Sapp of Ontario will be present to assist in organizing the pack for the fall season. James is serving with the Air Force at a base in the Sunshine state and had previous ly completed a tour of duty in Germany.
