An item in last week’s issue stated that Mr». Hamilton and daughters hud arrived. The trio visited recently in the Maurice Corey residence. and her mother, Mrs. Gladys Mor- fitt of Nyssa. Get Leiter From Europe Mr. and Mrs M L. Kurtz re cently received a letter ____ from __ a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Idamary Kurtz, who is on a two-month tour of Europe. She had been In England and when the letter was written, was in Brussels, Belgium. She plans to visit a grade school pen pal during a three-week stay in Ger many. Mrs. Kurtz left around mid June and plans to return home the latter part of August. Mr. and Mrs. Sid Hardman and family spent July 4 in Vale where they picnicked with Mr and Mrs. Clyde Ritter. He said, “If the people of the county want to have a voice in the pro ject, they will have to request a vote on the proposition.” A hearing on the zoning law will be held in Nyssa at a later date, and Atherton advised all interested property owners to at I tend the meeting.
