They stated that the most important phase of the work is educating people about the seven danger signals. The bureau had been contacted by school officials about the 3H acres purchased years ago by Modern Pioneer club members who planned to use the land for a park area At that time water pipes were laid by the OCC; however, the war began and together with other distractions, the club women turned the land over to the Bureau of Reclama tion. It was voted by the group to give the acreage to the Adrian school and it will be used for park activities.
