Contained in this story is the presentation of Eagle Scout' •awards to three Nyssa high school students and the names of five high school senior girls who were named DAR Good Citizens for their respective schools in Malheur county. Nyssa Furniture Closing Store After 20 Years 20 Nyssa’s Christmas parade is planned for 7:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 13, according to the Rev. John Bullock, parade chairman. It will again feature the Christian theme, rather than com mercial. The event will be sponsored by the chamber of commerce, but with local churches doing most of the promoting.
