Entered at the Post Office at Nyssa, Oregon, for Transmission Through the United States Mails, as a Second Class Matter Under the Act of March 3, 1879 Church Group Takes Outing to Idaho City FAITH LUTHERAN CHURCH SCHEDULES BIBLE SCHOOL A two-week session of Vacation Bible school will be conducted June 15 - 25 at Faith Lutheran church, it is announced by Pastor John Milbrath. Theme of the school is "God's Children Pray." Classes will be held daily from 9 to 11:30 a m. for youngsters from nursery age through junior high. Enrollment fee is $2 per child or $5 per family. Pastor Milbrath concluded. The Holy Name society of St. Bridget’s Catholic parish spon sored a picnic and sightseeing trip Sunday. Approximately 35 members of the church met at the parking lot near Herman j Towne’s garage. They first went to Boise and then on to Idaho City where they had a picnic lunch and toured the village.
