Moss Given Award For Jet Plane Design THESE MEN are Ontario city councilmen or members of the board of directors of the golf association. They are standing on the large putting-green in front of the club house, behind a ribbon cut by Ontario Mayor Morgan Beck to officially dedicate the new 18-hole golf course. During the dedication ceremony these men were all introduced by Nyssan Dale Garrison, president of the golf associa tion. Mayor Beck then talked on plans and work on the course and pointed out its benefits to the community. Bob Humphreys served as master of ceremonies.
