OREGON Independence Day Activities Told By Reporter in Oregon Trail Area By Peggy Brown OREGON TRAIL — A picnic was held in the Nyssa park on July 4 by members of the Adams families with approximately 50 in attendance. Among them were Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Adams and Richard, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Adams and boys of Kamiah, Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Morris and Shawn, Mr. and Mrs. Rich Urres- ti, all of Boise; Mr. and Mrs. Bob Adams, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Cham berlain and children. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Adams and boys, Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Morris and Shawn were Saturday overnight guests of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Adams and Richard. Mr. and Mrs. Mike Savage en tertained with a barbecue dinner Friday evening for Mr. and Mrs. Damon Savage, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Savage and family of Nyssa, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Gyllenskog and family of Ontario, Mr. and Mrs. David Savage and family, Mrs. Don Savage and family, Mr. and Mrs. Mark Hartley and family.
