OREGON Eagles Auxiliary Will Meet June 11; New Officers Named Eagles auxiliary will meet at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, in stead of the regular meeting time, according to announcement by of ficers. At the last regular session, Sa die Metcalf’s name was drawn for the jackpot award. Birthday hon ors went to Barbara Jaques, Billie Wright and Mary Lee Chadwick. Officers urge all members to be present at the June 11 meeting when new officials will begin their duties. Newly installed officers are Jimmie Ann Hatch, president; Mabie Fangen, vice president; Butch Reece, chaplain; Elaine Ol sen, secretary; Faye McGinnis, treasurer; Stella Swager, junior past president; Virginia Brandt, outside guard; and Rose Toombs, inside guard. Trustees include Berniece Clea ver, Gladys Morfitt and Edna Mills. Appointed by the new pres ident were Billie Wright, conduc tor, and Bertha Taylor, mother of the auxiliary. North-south winners were Mrs Jessie Morgan and George Sallee, first. Tied for second and third places were Mrs. H. L. Pace and Mrs. Houston Wilson, Mrs. Rex Voeller and David Sarazin. Winners in the east-west group were Mrs. Roy Nishizaki and Mrs. David Sarazin, first; Mrs. Ken Danford and Mrs. Herb Fisher, second; Mr. and Mrs. Warren Farmer, third. SCHILLINGS HOST DINNER ON EVE OF WEDDING DATE Mr. and Mrs. Fred Schilling were hosts at a buffet dinner on May 25, the evening prior to the wedding of their daughter, Irene, and Ronald Lenz. Young musicians from Nyssa taking part were Jo Strickland, Jackie Strickland, Evan and Eve lyn Weeks. Mary Kay English is also a student but was unable to attend the performance. Following the recital, a recep tion was held for the students taking part and the 123 guests in attendance.
