Mrs Solon Lewis, club president, an nounced committees for the com ing year. Named t o the entertainment committee were Mrs. Dorothea Lewis, Mrs. W. O. Peterson and Mrs. Pett. Program committee members are Mrs. J. Elwood Flin ders, Mrs. Mark Moncur and Mrs. John Schenk. Mrs. Charles Mann and Mrs. Dean Fife are in charge of gifts and the Christmas party will be under direction of the presidency. Mrs. Schenk played a new stereo recording of “Folk Songs of the Mormon Pioneers,” sung by Austin and Alta Fife and chorus. She gave historical anno tations of each song, some serious and some on the light side. Mrs. Frank Skeen was winner of the door prize. Miss Whitaker was a resident of Nyssa from birth to 1950 when she moved to Utah, then to Port land and back to Ogden. She was graduated in 1962 from Brigham Young university where she was affiliated with O. S. Tra- vata social unit as treasurer. She is now teaching at Farrer junior high school in Provo. Her fiance is a graduate of We ber college and BYU, attended Utah State university and is now teaching in Davis county, Utah.
