The Bull dogs picked up one run on four hits and one Weiser error. Nyssa’s lone score came in the second inning wheu Jim Benedict got a walk and was brought home by Sid Lancaster's single. Steve Kerby served up the balls and strikes until relieved by Jim Kodama in the seventh inning. Prec. Lancaster caught the full game. WEATHER .. Date Les Mayden went the full route on the mound for Nyssa and held the Adrian club to two hits. Six Nyssa errors brought about his downfall. Sid Lancaster was be hind the plate. Christy Wyckoff laced out a double in the fourth to bring in a tally and John Beck to Wyckoff to Craig Burbank turned in a double play to help the Bulldogs in their quest for records. Coach Bowen found it difficult to smile after this loss. He feels that his team, in trying to appear polished, fails to drive for an out as though it were the last chance they’d ever get. He is beginning to think that the pitching staff is beginning to show strength but bemoans the hitting power espe cially among the veterans. 63 66 57 .47 36 34 33 MIRACLE WHIP 19 With Purchase of Four G.E.
