Mr. Belisle succumbed Tuesday, Jan. 8, 1963, at the Unmversity of Oregon Medical School hospital in Portland, following an extended illness. He was born April 30, 1908, in the Apple Valley community near Nyssa and had resided for many years near Ontario.
