Miss Jaques is a 1960 graduate of Nyssa high school, attended the University of Oregon and is pres ently employed as a secretary for the J R Simplot company in Nys sa. Her fiance is a 1957 graduate of Adrian high school, served three years in the army, is presently employed at Amalgamated Sugar company and plans to enter Salt Lake City School of Electronics for the spring term. Olsen. The two couples were dinner guests last Thursday evening at Maudie’s cafe in Payette, honoring Olsen on his 87th birthday anniversary. 4—♦ Kelly Toomb Honored On Fourth Anniversary Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Toomb entertained Sunday evening in honor of the birthday anniversary of their son, Kelly, who was four years old Monday. Helping Kelly celebrate the oc casion were his grandparents, Mr and Mrs. John Mullins and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Toomb. Refreshments of ice cream and cake were served. Farewell Dinner Given Tuesday for Gene Hiners A farewell dinner party was given Tuesday evening for Mr. and Mrs. Gene Hiner at Grace’s cafe. In addition to the hosts, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Kelley, guests included Police Chief and Mrs. Bob Love, Patrolman and Mrs. F. E. Petrie, Patrolman and Mrs Gene Grif fin, Patrolman Roger Goade, Fred Jackson and Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Sage. The honorees were pre sented with a gift.
