Oui Our Way Club Fetes Newlyweds
At Shower Given in Siephen Home

BUENA VISTA —A bridal
shower was held Monday evening
for Mr. and Mrs. Robert Ritchie,
recent newlyweds. Out Our Way
club members were hostesses to
38 guests at the home of Mrs. Es
ther Stephen. They were assisted
by Mrs. Claude Day of Adrian
and Mrs. Howard Day of Lake
Owyhee.
Assisting Mrs. Ritchie at the
gift table were the Misses Connie
Price, Jennifer Stephen, Glenda
Hoffman, Leah Whipple and Lin
da Price. Mrs. Glenn Hoffman
was in charge of games.
Pie ala mode, coffee and punch
were served.
Mrs. Virgie Rookstool and
Wayne Rookstool visited Tuesday
evening with Mrs. Edith Whipple,
Kenneth and Leah.
Miss Cheryl Zesiger attended a
wedding Saturday of friends at
Priest River, Idaho.
Mr. and Mrs. Rawleigh Cham
berlain of Mitchell Butte and Mrs.
Lester Coe of Roseburg visited
Saturday evening at the Russell

Gibson Arrives Home
Corporal Don Gibson arrived
last week at the Jay Gibson home
for a 42-day leave before going
to Fort Bragg, N.C., where he will
be stationed. Gibson just return
ed from 16 months’ duty in Korea.
