MEISINGER HOSTS LUTHERAN LADIES GROUP Ladies of the Lutheran church met June 13 at the home of Mrs. Bob Meisinger. Following the business meeting, Mrs. Ron Schoen led devotions. Refreshments were served by Mrs Jim Nichols and Mrs Lauren Wright. Next meeting will be held July 10 at the Ron Schoen home. Word has been received by friends of the death of Genrose McCullough, daughter of Mrs. Fay McCullough. She succumbed Monday. State of Oregon, from 2 p.m. to 8 p. m. on Friday. June 30. 1961, at Grade School in said school district, for the purpose of submitting to the legal voters of said district the question of in- ‘ creasing the tax levy for the fis cal year 1961-62 over the amount limited by section 11, article XI. of the Constitution of Oregon. The reasons for increasing such levy are: Money needed for two addi tional teachers on account of in creased enrollment not foreseen at time of making budget.
