Tuesday guests at the Rinhold Stohler home were Mr. and Mrs. Ben Walz, Mrs. Stohler’s brother of Caldwell. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Hawks helped the Delmar Debban family move to their new home in New Plymouth the past week. Recent visitors at the Roy How ard and Quentin Speas homes were Mrs. Howard’s and Speas’ sister, the Harold McCracken family of Idaho Falls. While here they visited her other sisters and their families, the Irvin Riders at Parma and Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Barker of Oregon Slope. The McCrackens and their four chil dren returned home Sunday mor ning. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Conner at tended a party Saturday evening at the Free Methodist church in Fruitland. Friends Hold Housewarming Friends and neighbors of the Quentin Speas family gave a housewarming party for them Friday evening. Approximately 50 people attended the gathering. A gift from community residents was presented to the family. Mrs. Henry Conner called last Thursday afternoon at the home of her sister-in-law, Mrs. Lavern Conner, who has been convalesc ing from infectious hepatitis. Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Stokes at tended a Farm Bureau meeting Tuesday evening at New Ply mouth. Saturday guests at the Rinhold Stohler home were Mr. and Mrs. John Skaggs and son, Gary of Pocatello. Mother Breaks Hip James Langley received word last week that his mother, Mrs Ellen Langley of Leoti, Kan., had fallen and broken her hip. She was taken to Hays, Kan., for an operation by a bone specialist and is seemingly in good condition. Mr. and Mrs Bill Hadley and children visited Feb 19 at the Ray Bowns home in Ontario.
