Surgery was p e r formed Wednesday, and his con dition is reported to be as gcod as can be expected. His son and daughter-irv law, Mr and Mrs. Terrell Samuels of Idaho Falls, arrived Tuesday to assist with his work. His dau g h ter, Mrs. R A. May 25—9 a.m. Rupert were dinner guests Satur day evening at the home of Mi and Mrs. Ralph Baxter. Mr. and Mrs. C harles Oaudt were guests at a birthday dinner honoring K urt Botcher Sunday evening at his home in Payette. Mrs. Rodney Heath was guegl of honor at a birthday party given by her sister-in-law, Mrs. LaV em Conner, at the C onner home last Sunday. O ther guests were Mr. Heath, Mr. and Mrs A. P. C hes ney, Linda and Donna D audt, and Mrs. Mike McKague. Homemade ice cream and birthday cake were served. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Imbler and family had din n er at Ontario Sunday. They then visited Mr. and Mrs. Archie Mosec at Adrian. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Baxter were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Mike McCullough in Em m ett Sunday evening. Mr. and Mrs Cecil Evans took their daughter, Marilyn, to Boise Saturday where she took college entrance examinations for College of Puget Sound Attend Reception in Utah Mr. and Mrs. Ray Kynaston and Arlene returned Sunday night from Orem, Utah, where they had gone to attend the w edding recep tion of their son, Eugene, and his bride, which was held Thursday i vening at Orem. Mrs. M. C Seuell of Cornell, ; Wash., visited many friends in Nu Acres last week Mr. and Mrs Clifford Neilsen and family of Ontario were S u n day dinner guests of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Neilsen.
