The Rev. Paul Ludlow, pastor
of the Nyssa Methodist church,
performed the double ring cere­
mony in the presence of 60 guests
before an altar beautifully decor­
ated with tall baskets of pink and
white gladioli and tall candela­
bra. Low arrangements of white
candles and pink gladioli tied
with bows of pink satin in the
windows completed the decorat­
ions. The aisle was marked with
white satin bows centered with
pink gladioli.
The bride, given in marriage by
her father, chose for her wed­
ding, a ballerina length gown of
Chantilly lace over taffeta fash-
oned with scoop neckline, three-
quarter length sleeves compli­
mented by a large satin bow and
streamers down the back. A bead­
ed leaf half-hat held her elbow-
length veil of French illusion. She
carried a white Bible with cascad­
ing bouquet of pink rosebuds with
stephanotis and streamers.
Darvis Bergam of Richland,
Wash., cousin of the bride, was
maid of honor. The Misses Sher-
ma Blaylock and Susan Elaine
Medlock of Boise were brides­
maids. All were attired in iden­
tical street length sheath dresses
of lavender chromespun taffeta
with overskirts of orchid chiffon
caught at the waist by cumber-
bunds of chiffon. They wore or­
chid net and pearl ring head-
pieces and carried nosegays of
pink rosebuds with white carna­
tions.
Ed McFarland of Sandpoint ser­
ved as best man. Ushers were

Nyssa played the traditional wed­
