The Moore hotel w ill be head q u arte rs for the convention with reg istratio n scheduled for 1 p m. followed by a state board m eeting a t 6 p.m and reception at 8 o’clock. Mrs. M ark H artley, Nys- sa w ill present special music. T he M onday session w ill open at 9:15 a m. w ith group singing led by Mrs. L. W Franks. R ed mond, past president of the fede ration. Tom Sallee. Nyssa Eagle Scout will lead the flag salute and Rev. W ayne Metz w ill give the invocation preceding the business m eeting.
