Oregan for transmission Mails, as second class m atter, under of March 3. 1870 You Can't Miss The Rodeo The eighth annual Nyssa Nite Rodeo Friday and Satur day will have performances you can’t afford to miss. The rodeos, sponsored for five years by the Owyhee Riding club and for two years by the Nyssa Nite Rodeo association, have been highly successful with capacity crowds every year. This year’s shows are being managed by Lynn Snodgrass with the assistance of Harley Tucker, who also furnishes the stock, to say nothing of the enthusiastic support of Riding club members and the Nyssa Business Men’s association. Much credit is due the organizations and individuals who founded the rodeo here and kept it going for seven years. Similar credit is due all those who are supporting the events this summer—and that includes just about everyone in the community. Business firms are celebrating with Rodeo Specials Thursday through Saturday with special emphasis on that well-recognized spirit of friendliness and hospital ity that prevails in Nyssa.
