Wishes To Pay Tribute To
MOTHERS EVERYWHERE
We are proud of the part our order play
ed in establishing Mothers Day.
Throughout the year we m ay take our
mothers too much for granted, so we
join on this special day in urging that
they have special recognition.
Our Mothers . . .
. . the most precious possessions
. . the best friends on earth
som ew hat if a minority group made up of die-hards who
profess to wield political influence w ere given free rein.
The present commissioner was one of those leading
the cam paign to oust chiselers from the relief rolls and
was successful in enlisting the aid of enough officials
to prevent w hat m ight have been an aw kard situation,
both financially and politically.
Ju st like the Democrat we mention above, this Re
publican candidate for nom ination and re-election, has
m ade few if any cam paign promises. His record as a
county commissioner and his record as a successful
farm er, which is a business and a science in this modern
age, are far more valuable than silly promises th a t he
and all thinking voters know cannot be fulfilled.
