Harry Ferguson, Inc. received a check for more than
$9,000,000 . . . and that after December 31, 1952 no one
else can build tractors exactly as ours is built.

about issues that have already been settled. We are
going to keep right on doing business the way we al
ways would, selling a tractor that is good enough for
others to copy.
