The report of the 1947 X-ray
survey held in Malheur county last
September has Just been received,

discovered.

taken, 21 percent were of children,
14 years of age or under. This is a

A plan to bring a group of top-
ranking musical artists to town for
a series of a least three concerts
next fall and winter was launched

tion of the Malheur County Com
munity Concert association.

The concerts are to be held in
the new Center theatre now under
construction in Ontario for Howard
Matthews.
