Phone 26 SCHOOL NOTES (Prom “ The Crimson Torch” ) On Friday, the last day of school of the 1932-33 term, the junior class pub lished and dedicated an attractive is sue of the school paper called “ The Crimson Torch.” Claudena Crawford was editor-in-chief of the special Issue; Ethel Graham, associate editor. Others assisting on the editorial staff were Doris Smith, Minnie Wilson, Robert Holmes, Wanda Cantrall, Meredith Seits, Mary Mattingly, Earl Sager, Sid ney Boren, Annie Holmes, Oswald Forbes, Delmer Keck, Daisy Whipple, Ray Ashcraft; on the mechanical staff, Annie Holmes, Venice Brown, Ethel Graham, Rex Ashcraft, Wade Nichols, Jack Walters, Wanda Cantrall, Mary Mattingly, Daisy Whipple. BON VO YAG E The good ship ,“ 33", manned by her stalwart senior crew has at last, after a four-year voyage on the sea of know ledge, reached port. Members of the crew have stuck to the post faithfully during the four years; and for that faithfulness have been awarded their laurels "Graduation." We the Junior class of “ 34" dedicate the paper to them; and our fondest hope is that our ship’s colors may come through flying as bravely and cheer fully as those of the class of “ 33.” We wish you bon voyage on your cruise through life.
