ing to a lawn party and shower in honor
of Mrs. Darwin Berger, visitor from
Medford. Mrs. Berger was formerly Miss
Maurine Johnston, a Big Bend girl. Her
friends were delighted to see her. At the
party she was the recipient of many
lovely gifts. The hostesses served ice
cream and cake at the close of the
afternoon.
Mr. and Mrs. Berger left Sunday to
visit in Rupert and Idaho Falls before
their return to Medford. They were at
the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Johns
