from a gunshot wound in the head.
Coronar O. B. Payne was notified and

jury was speedily secured and the evi

death from a gunshot wound from a
gun held in the hands of the d ci ased,
and that no blame was attached to
any other person.
The evidence disclosed that the
other members o f the family were
eating breakfast, snd that Mr Tipton,
without sitting down to the table,
walked out of tha room, stepped off
tn* porch and (hot himself.
The
shooting oeeurrtd on the morning of
the 17th and the deceased lived until
the morning o f the 22nd, when he
