GORDON NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 2ind day of June, Utah, ea elec tion will he held at the Store of the Van Petit n Lumber Company at Adrian, Oregon, for the purpose of determining wnether or not the Sucaor i Creek Irrigation District, heretofore organized undrrthe laws of Oregon, sad the boundaries of which are set forth in the order of the County Court for Malheur County, dated April 13, 1925, shall be united, merged and included [within the Owyhee Irrigation District, and that at said election tho qualified voters of said district ahall be required | to cast their bai'ota, which shall con tain the words "M erger—Yea” and •Merger—No.” That at said election the polls shall open at 8 o ’clock a. m , and that said elsction shall be conducted as nearly as practicabla in accordance with the , general election laws of the State of I Oregon. | This notice ia given pursuant to an I order of the Board o f Diraetora of said Succor Creek Irrigation District, duly made and entered at an adjourned regular meeting of said Board on the 20th day of May, 1925.
