Kingman, from Owyhee, in Vale on jury duty, states that everything is prosperous in his section. They have 22 families now on 2500 acres, somewhat over 100 acres to the family, which will be reduced as others come in. “ We organize and formulate a P°^'cy as to what we shall plant, saJs Mr. Kingman, 'and all stand firmly by this policy. We have planted only two kinds of apples, Jouathans and YVinesaps.
