One pound of good short crust pastry,
two cupfuls of cold meat, one cupful
of sauce, one tablespoonful of finely
chopped parsley, salt and pepper, and
one egg. Roll out the pastry to about
a quarter of an Inch ln thickness, then
stamp it into rounds slightly larger
than the gem pans, allowing two
rounds to each gem pan. Cut the meat
into small dice; If chicken and ham.
