Nance’s older daughter and hus band, Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Hitt of Eugene and their younger daugh ter, Sherryl Nance who is a stu dent at Southern Oregon College at Ashland. Mr. and Mrs. E. E. Garner were among those who attended the Holiday on Ice show at the Memo rial Coliseum in Portland Sunday afternoon. Mrs. Grant Thayer has news of the quite sudden death of a sister of her late husband whom she had visited in Washington just a month prior to her death. At that time she appeared in excellent health. Mrs. Thayer was glad she had made the trip when she did. Henry Slotik came home Mon day from Tuality hospital where he had spent five days for treat ment.
