Cap tain Hieber left Fort Forrest, Tennessee recently for overseas duty, his wife reports. Pfc. Middietop Crawford, army air corps, left Portland Tuesday evening after spending a two- week furlough here. His bride, the former Betty Olson, will re turn to Portland to resume her position with the Oregon News corporation. Home from College Miss Lillian Laird is home for the summer months after com pleting her freshman year in the secretarial school at Oregon State college. DANCE, Legion hall.
