Oregon NOTICE OF SCHOOL ELECTION UPON QUESTION OF INCREAS ING TAX LEVY OVER AMOUNT LIMITED BY SECTION 11, AR TICLE XI, STATE CONSTITU TION Notice is hereby given that an election will be held in School Dis trict No. 47 Jt., of Columbia Coun ty, State of Oregon, at 8:00 p.m., June 21, 1943, at the Washington Grade School in said school dis trict, for the purpose of submitting to the legal voters of said district the question of increasing the tax Because the hazards of carbon monoxide poisoning have increased greatly with the shortages of cer tain fuels, the U. S. bureau of mines has published a ciruclar de scribing home protective measures to minimize dangers from this gas and methods of treating per sons affected by it.
