There are so many differ ent rumor in regard to this matter that it is rather hard to draw any ac curate conclusion. Temporary stage service will be es tablished between Tillamook and N'e halem, making the trip threj times n week. Harris and Yidito will handle the route. WATER COMMISSION ELECTS OFFICERS On Monday evening the Tillamook Water Commission elected the follow ing officer for the coming year: W. O. DwiKhl, president. Chester Holdcn, secretary. Chester McGhec, treasurer. Chester McGheo. P. W. Todd, Erwln Harrison, finnr.cn I committee. T)ie financial committee reported fa vorably on two loans which totaled $25,000. The rei3rt of th. committee which was appointed to check accounts of the collector was read. The rejort showed that the present mnthod of keeping; accounts was cumbersome and that a different system of book-keeping was r.ecessarv, to that the commission would know what a month's revenue should be, and if tho amount was not forthcoming there would be some positive means of knowing why. resl dent Dwight is anxious to place the keeping of &I1 accounts in connection with the water system on a strictly up to dhte bast3 and will exert hte en deavors to that end.
